i was told i would have to wait at least a week for something to be done by 4 regulars FLAs and 2 supervisors. Called exec & someone was at my house in an hour.

Apparently since the # got out - they changed it... :(

I just had to call this number yesterday, and it was working fine!

I just dailed it again on my phone ot be sure, and I got right through to the 'Executive Office'.

Maybe you happened to type in a wrong # ?
