Windsor’s newest Christian retail store is now hiring part-time people to join our amazing team and be a part of our new venture.

We are looking for individuals with servant-hearts. These are people who are humble, empathetic, hardworking and curious.

About the Job

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Purpose: To serve people in the Windsor community by helping them find the spiritual and inspiring resources our store provides while facilitating a warm and welcoming environment.

Duties & Responsibilities: The following are the main duties and responsibilities of our customer care representatives in addition to other tasks that may be asked of them by the manager:

Greet our guests when they arrive in our store and welcome them back before they leave.
Help our guests find products or services that will meet their needs, wants and desires.
Special order goods and services for our guests.
Look up stock.
Keep the store inside and outside clean, safe and presentable.
Receive and display product.
Manage book tables and host events.
Open and Close the store.
Run a cash register and point of sale system.
Count money and balance cash register.
Qualifications: To help our store succeed these are the qualifications we are looking for of our customer care representatives:

Must be comfortable and familiar with using technology and the internet.
Must be familiar with the products we sell.
Must exhibit a humble, empathetic and positive attitude.
Must have his or her own transportation or means of travelling to and from work.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have a strong desire to learn.
Additional Information: The job requires a lot of standing, bending and lifting boxes of books and gift ware. The positions we are looking to fill are any variation of Thursday days and evenings, Friday days and evenings and Saturday days. We are offering between 8 to 16 hours on an average week. More hours will be available during sales events and the Christmas season.
