Mothers Helper just starting to get noticed

here is a message that she sent to Nicole.

Hi Nicole,

I spoke with a few people who had experience with this exact problem regarding colour and distortion when uploading to Facebook. They advised me that often times people do not download photos properly from email and will only open the low-res thumbnail.

Also, as I had suspect, email does compress the photo files and Facebook will further compress the file causing the colour and resolution of the photo to become distorted. Sending photos via a zipped file should help correct this problem. I almost cried when I saw the photos that you uploaded to Facebook because the original files that I have been working with are so much clearer, sharp and with good colour. The photos really look great!

I'm sending you a test set of Zipped files, you will need to unzip them to open them and then save them to your computer's hard drive. Zipping the file should help keep the photo quality. Please let me know what you think, I'm positive that you will see a difference.

I'm very sorry about this, I could have never known this until I seen what was happening.
