They had a Mother's Day Special that ended last Saturday. They ended up keeping a few of their specials still on sale for a couple days after, but I didn't know they do that. Anyways, I didn't know it took awhile for paypal to transfer money from my bank account into my pp account. So I contacted Ritz and asked them to put the order on hold and they did. Then I asked if I would still get the same price even though the money wouldn't be in for a while and they said yes. Their customer service is wonderful and was so good with all my questions and getting back to me within a day. They ship within 24 hrs of your order if the item is in stock and they ship to Canada!

Sounds like better service than you get in their store!
I too bought a camera from them which was fine but when we had issues, the clerk had no clue what could be wrong. They acted kind of dumb and non-interested. Disappointing.

What kind of camera did you get? I've never heard of this company...

I used them because I get points through an online site (which if anyone wants a referral I can give you that to ;) ) when I buy things and by reading e-mails.

I got the Nikon D40 package. It was a great debate over which camera LOL but in the end, that is all the camera we really need for now.
