Ugh- just the most poor customer service ever.
I order 2 Blueberry diaps off their site. They shipped one and sent me notification that the other diaper was refunded. I email to ask why and was hoping to choose another colour as the shipping was double the cost of 1 diaper. The notice they sent was just a refund notice with no reason as to why- I can only assume it was because they ran out of that colour. No response from them.
Next I get the diaper and have it in my hand literally about 10 minutes and the snap breaks.
I have called several times over the past few days only to get voicemail. I have left 2 messages and sent yet another email-- still no response.
Unbelievable
