I'm not sure if anyone else here has ordered from Ladybug Homeschool Supplies, and if so what your experience was, but I have to say I'm going to avoid *attempting* to order from them ever again! My first issue was when I was placing an order, I tried to use the discount code they were advertising for a sale on their main page. I emailed them about it; never heard back, but the sale wording was changed so that only in-store purchases qualified. Ok, fine, perhaps an oversight. Would've been nice to have my email acknowledged, though, since I held off on a large-ish order over the discount!
Then, I placed a smaller order, since there was an item I really wanted. Received email confirmation... several weeks went by with no mail. Annanie emailed me asking if I was pleased with the item, so I replied it had never shown up. She emailed back within a day or two and apologized, saying she'd send another one right away. Fast forward another several weeks... still nothing!!!!
A week ago I emailed letting her know it STILL wasn't here, and if it wasn't here by Monday (today) I'd like the transaction reversed on my credit card. I've heard nothing back at all. Today I emailed requesting the reversal immediately and expressing my disappointment in the lack of customer service... I suppose if I still don't hear back from her, I'll call my credit card company to put a stop on the transaction.
